Gourmet Raw Entrees: Pad Thai.
This is the quickest gourmet entree that I make. The peanut sauce makes it. And I always have peanut sauce in my refrigerator.
All I have to do is thinly slice my vegetables (I have a julienne peeler that does wonders in just seconds), chop up some almonds, pull my kelp noodles out of the frig (I can give them a bath in hot water to warm them up) and then mix them all together with the peanut sauce.
It doesn’t get much easier or gourmet than that.
And this is a dish that will wow your friends and it doesn’t cost much to make. It’s an absolute winner at dinner parties (raw or not).
