Pantry Staples: BuckWheaties.

With BuckWheaties in my pantry, I’m always ready to roll. I just soak and sprout my buckwheat groats, and depending upon what direction I want to go, I flavor them (sweet or savory) or not at all. Then I dehydrate them and they’re always ready to go.

Pie crust? No problem. Food Processor, BuckWheaties, a few Walnuts, Dates, Coconut Oil and a pinch of salt.  Pie crust in a few minutes that didn’t break the wallet or the belt.

Oatmeal? No worries about giving up your comfort foods.  Food Processor, BuckWheaties, hot water, Bananas, Cinnamon, Raisins… You’ve got warm oatmeal or porridge.

Pizza crust? Just as fast as pie crust, only you get to use up leftover vegetables and seasonings. Dehydrate. Rich pizza crust.
